The surgery is open from 8.30am – 6.30pm Monday – Friday. 

Appointment Desk

The appointment desk is open from 8.30am -12.30pm and 1.30pm - 6.00pm Monday - Friday

Consultations are by appointment only.  However, urgent cases will be seen the same day.

If you need advice once the surgery is closed please call the surgery number and emergency details will be given.  NHS Direct is an emergency advisory service, which offers medical advice 24 hours a day. When you call NHS Direct you will need to give them our details and some information about yourself.  They will then pass the details on to a triage nurse who will speak to you.  If appropriate, you may be asked to come to the Primary Care Centre at either Hillingdon Hospital or Northwick Park Hospital, or may be visited at home.  After a patient has contacted Harmoni a report will be sent through to his/her GP so that care can continue.
