HEALTH VISITOR/DISTRICT NURSE

Health visitors and district nurses can be contacted directly on

01923 827744 and 01895 234001 respectively.   They are based at the Northwood Health Centre.  The health visitors also run a baby clinic every Tuesday afternoon.  If you feel your child needs to be assessed by a health visitor please ring the above number for an appointment., Health visitors will remain available for advice on all other days.

HOME VISITS

This service is available to those who are housebound or too ill to attend the surgery.  Please try to phone before 10am to help us plan the visit.

Please give our receptionist some idea of the problem, as the doctor needs this information in order to plan the rounds and attend the most urgent calls first. If your call comes in later than these times a visit may be delayed as a result
